What is not included and the pitfalls

  • IST or SAW: check the airport code before booking; they are over 80 km apart by road.
  • Duration: allow 60 to 70 minutes from IST to the old city, 80 to 100 from SAW.
  • Limited waiting: the driver waits 1.5 to 2 hours after landing depending on the listing; beyond that a surcharge may apply.
  • Meeting point: confirm the gate or level and keep the driver's number.
  • Tolls, tips, waiting: check whether they are included.
