The prices to know

Source: the National Palaces price list, noted in October 2026 and cross-checked on 30 October against travel pages (the official table was not reachable that day). The Museum Pass Istanbul does not cover Beylerbeyi according to those pages: check when you buy.

Plain ticket or skip-the-line with audio guide?

The National Palaces ticket is sold online or at the desk, with no audio guide included as far as we saw. The GetYourGuide offer adds the audio guide and a fixed-date entry; compare its price, in euros or dollars depending on the listing, with 800 TL on the day you book. The queue is usually short outside high season: the skip-the-line is mainly worth it for the audio guide.

Hours and closing days

Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm (ticket desk); closed Mondays, 1 January and the first day of the Ramadan and Sacrifice holidays (October 2026). Allow an hour for the rooms, plus the garden.

What to see

Abdülaziz's summer palace (1863-1865): Baccarat crystal chandeliers, Hereke carpets, Egyptian matting, waterfront kiosks. Our page: Beylerbeyi Palace. Add the Küçüksu Pavilion and the villages of the Asian shore.

Getting there

Ferry to Üsküdar, then bus 15 (Üsküdar-Beykoz) to the Beylerbeyi Sarayı stop. See getting around Istanbul.
