Isfanbul (formerly Vialand): Istanbul's big theme park, tickets and how to get there

Updated on October 4, 2026

Isfanbul, known as Vialand until it was renamed, is Istanbul's largest theme park. It stands at the head of the Golden Horn, on the Eyüpsultan side, next to a shopping mall. The park has more than twenty rides: swings and family attractions, but also thrill rides such as the Justice Tower drop tower and the Nefeskesen roller coaster, which reaches 110 km/h. The ticket covers all the park's rides. Allow half a day to a full day.

Highlights

The park adjoins a shopping mall of about 200 shops and restaurants, so you can eat on site or take shelter indoors.

Nefeskesen (roller coaster, 110 km/h) and Justice Tower (drop tower) are the two best-known rides; each ride has a minimum height, to be checked on site.

The family rides

Younger children find rides suited to their size next to the big attractions.

Tips

Prices are the unknown of this visit. The rates published in the Turkish press (about 1,999 TL for adults and 1,899 TL for children in 2026) apply to Turkish citizens; we could not find a "foreign visitor" price list on the official website at the date of this article. Online booking platforms sold the ticket at around 60 USD in 2025, with free entry up to age 3: check before you go. The ticket generally covers the rides with no pay-per-ride system, but some side attractions may be charged: ask at the entrance. Parks of this kind are busy during Turkish school holidays and at weekends: prefer a weekday. For calmer alternatives, see our selection of theme parks, aquariums and hands-on museums, our guide Istanbul with children and the Rahmi M. Koç Museum, another family stop on the Golden Horn.

How to get there

Yeşilpınar Mahallesi, Şehit Metin Kaya Sokağı No. 11, Eyüpsultan, Istanbul. Buses link the park with Taksim and Sultanahmet (lines 36T and 99 are quoted by various sources: check them in a transport app before leaving). By metro, take the M2 to Mecidiyeköy, then the M7 to Veysel Karani-Akşemsettin. Allow 45 minutes to an hour from Sultanahmet. Line details: Getting around Istanbul.
